Whenever you make a purchase, you will be entitled up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However if after 24 hours since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.
When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an notification email to you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refunds are approved, it will be processed, and a credit entry will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few working days depending on your payment merchant.
Here at Chasecent, our return policy will last 30 days from the date you receive the product (i.e. sign over from your local postal service). However after 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product which you received must be proven to be not working as described and it is subjected to management's discretion. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us and please provide a tracking number for any parcel/package you wish to return to us. We do recommend emailing our support team for full inquiry details.

Late or missing refunds
Please do check your bank account again if you have not yet received a refund. Alternatively, you may also contact your credit card company/bank company as it may take some time before your refund is processed.
